Help Ordering from Crystal Vine

You can place an order with us using our online shop or by emailing us.

Online
To buy an item via our online shop, just click the 'Add to Cart' button next to each item you wish to purchase. When you are finished click the 'View Cart' button to start the payment process. We accept credit card payments either via PayPal or through the Netbanx system which is a secure virtual terminal where you can submit your details securely, without those details being passed on to us. Both payment systems are safe and secure.
Alternatively you can pay by cheque, by credit/debit card via telephone or send cash.

By Email
Follow the above procedure until you are asked to choose a payment method. Choose 'Email' and the details of your order will be emailed directly to us. We will contact you immediately to take your payment details. We can accept all major credit cards, postal orders, and cheques.

For customers in the USA, we can also accept bank transfers.
